Streaks Shield (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Streaks Shield iOS app handles information.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Streaks Shield mobile app and related support communications.

2. Data We Handle

A. Data you create in the app

Streaks Shield stores your habit data on your device, including:

  • habits and plans
  • streak/progress data
  • reminder settings
  • in-app preferences

B. In-App Purchase data

Streaks Shield uses Apple StoreKit for purchases (including Lifetime unlock). Payment details are processed by Apple, not by us.

C. Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app stores reminder preferences and schedules local notifications on your device.

D. AI-related features

If available on your device/OS, AI suggestions are generated using on-device capabilities. We do not run our own cloud AI service for this feature.

E. Analytics, ads, and tracking

  • No third-party advertising SDK is used.
  • No third-party tracking SDK is used.
  • No account is required to use the app.
  • We do not use cross-app tracking.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect:

  • account credentials (no sign-in system)
  • precise location
  • contacts
  • photos/camera content
  • health records from HealthKit
  • payment card numbers

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We do not share your app data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Apple may process limited technical/purchase information to provide App Store and In-App Purchase services, subject to Apple's policies.

5. Data Retention

Your app data is stored locally on your device and kept until you delete it (or uninstall the app).

Device backups you enable (for example iCloud backups) are controlled by Apple/device settings.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

  • disable notifications in iOS Settings
  • remove app data by deleting the app
  • contact us to ask privacy questions

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, delete, or object to processing of personal information. We will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

Streaks Shield is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a local-first app architecture. No method of storage/transmission is 100% secure.

9. International Users

If you use the app outside your home country, local laws may differ. We handle data in line with applicable privacy laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
